#transformationtuesday >>swipe for before >> We finished our island!! I’m so pleased and it’s really lovely to be able to finally sit in the kitchen 🙂
How lovely to see some bluebells coming into flower in the woods today 💜 It was another beautiful day wasn’t it ☀️ I hope your week has started off well 🙂
What a beautiful day! We had a lovely walk around Ashdown Forest, it honestly was so tranquil and peaceful, most of the time all you could hear was the birds singing 💚
Happy weekend everyone! I’m working today but then got two days off which I’m looking forward to 🙂I hope you have a good one, what do you have planned?
#breakfast ✨Still trying! Im actually feeling good that for three days I have made slightly healthier choices and managed to resist temptation for any chocolate or sweet treats. I’m thinking if I try and eat healthily during the week then I can indulge at weekends right? 🙂
Any tips for will power please? I really need to lose weight and get fitter before I go on holiday in a few weeks and would really value any advice. Today’s dinner - I’m really hoping logging some meals on here might give me motivation and help somehow. I’m always a bit last minute dot com, the holiday has been booked since last year but you know what it’s like, especially with lockdown, what a weird year 🙈 Dinner was a small jacket potato with light Philadelphia, mixed salad leaves, red pepper, green pepper, tomato, avocado, beetroot, red onion and a low fat Caesar dressing 🙂 I’m impressed with myself for not adding butter and loads of cheese so day one is a win, well small steps at least, but a step in the right direction ✅
